- Add white chocolate and peppermint Hemp to the cream cheese / powdered sugar mixture and blend until smooth (will be between a batter and dough consistency).
- Cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
- Use a tablespoon or small scoop for equal portions of chocolate, roll batter into a smooth ball and store and store in the refrigerator.
- When ready to serve, remove from the refrigerator and bring to room temperature (30 mins), then roll truffles in a bowl of crushed candy canes and serve.
Recipe Notes
If you roll the truffles into the candy canes early they can get sticky from absorbing the moisture from the other ingredients. Makes 12-20 truffles.
